(1) These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern the use of the mobile application and related services (“Service”) provided by SZEENE.
(2) By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
(3) This Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and SZEENE.
(1) Use of SZEENE is only permitted for persons who are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in their country of residence.
(2) Minors may only use SZEENE with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
(3) SZEENE values safe and responsible use of the platform.
(1) This Agreement remains in effect as long as you use the Service or maintain an account with SZEENE.
(2) You may delete your account at any time without giving reasons – either through the functions provided in the app or by contacting art@szeene.com.
(3) SZEENE is entitled to suspend or delete access to the Service or your account at any time without prior notice, particularly if:

You have not used the Service for an extended period,

SZEENE suspects a violation of this Agreement or community guidelines, or
·
Internal reviews or organizational adjustments are being made.
(4) SZEENE may discontinue the provision of the Service or parts thereof at any time without notice.
(5) In the event of termination, SZEENE may permanently delete your account and all associated content.
(6) Certain features, products, or events may only be accessible to members. SZEENE reserves the right to vary the scope of features depending on user status.
By using the mobile application, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with SZEENE’s Privacy Policy. We recommend reading it carefully to understand how your data is used.
(1) SZEENE does not claim ownership of content (data, information, or materials) that you submit through the Service (“User Content”).
(2) You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of the content.
(3) By sharing content through SZEENE, you grant SZEENE the right to store, copy, transmit, reformat, display, or distribute such content for the purpose of providing the Service.
(4) SZEENE may share content with third parties to enable personalized insights or partner recommendations.
(5) You also grant SZEENE a non-exclusive, transferable license to use your content for commercial, advertising, or similar purposes.
(6) SZEENE reserves the right to remove content without notice if it violates guidelines or is deemed inappropriate.
§ 6 Nudity and Artistic Content
(1) Content of a sexual or pornographic nature is prohibited.
(2) Nudity is only permitted if it serves an educational, documentary, scientific, or artistic purpose and is not presented in a provocative manner.
(3) Persons under 17 years of age or those who do not have legal access to such content may not access it.
SZEENE performs regular backups of content and strives to ensure their completeness and accuracy. In the event of data loss, restoration will be performed based on the last backup to minimize downtime.
(1) The mobile application and Service may contain links to external resources (websites, applications, etc.).
(2) SZEENE assumes no responsibility for the content, products, or services of third parties.
(3) Links do not constitute endorsement or partnership.
(4) Use of external links is at your own risk. Please carefully review the respective terms of use and privacy notices.
You agree not to use the Service:

To encourage others to engage in unlawful activities,

To violate applicable laws or regulations,
·
To infringe intellectual property rights of SZEENE or third parties,
·
For harassment, discrimination, or defamation,
·
To spread false or misleading information,
·
To spread viruses or malware,
·
For spam, phishing, or automated crawling,
·
For obscene or immoral purposes, or
·
To circumvent security features.
Violations of these provisions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access.
§ 10 Intellectual Property Rights
(1) All intellectual property rights related to the Service remain with SZEENE or the respective licensors.
(2) By using the Service, you do not acquire any rights to trademarks, logos, or other copyrighted content of SZEENE or third parties.
(3) Any use not expressly authorized is prohibited.
§ 11 User Interactions, Meetings, and Events
(1) SZEENE assumes no responsibility for the behavior of other users or for your experiences at personal meetings, events, or similar activities facilitated through the Service.
(2) You act at your own responsibility. SZEENE does not conduct background checks and does not guarantee the behavior, suitability, or compatibility of other users.
(3) Meetings or events are not organized or monitored by SZEENE.
(4) Please always exercise caution, especially when sharing personal information or meeting others outside the Service.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected and continue to be valid.
§ 13 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
(1) This Agreement is governed by the substantive law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding international private law.
(2) The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Germany.
(3) You waive any right to a jury trial.
§ 14 Changes to These Terms of Use
(1) SZEENE reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time.
(2) You will be notified of significant changes by email or through the app.
(3) The current version is binding from the time of its publication, unless otherwise stated.
(4) By continuing to use the app after changes take effect, you agree to the new terms.
